The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to devices for processing wheelsets removed from a rail vehicle.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by re-profiling the profile of the bandage in one pass of the tool.
Fig. 1 shows a machine with two roller drives and a wheel pair sandwiched between d dividing centers, with roll-out guides and a foundation; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in FIG. 3, the same, but the friction rollers are retracted,
and the treated wheelset is on the sliding guides; 4 is the same, but the friction rollers are pressed against the rolling surfaces of the wheels with a smaller diameter of the rolling circle; figure 5 - wheelset, sandwiched between the stop centers, and drives the friction rollers.
The machine 1 is installed on several height-adjustable supporting elements 2, which are located on the foundation 3.

devices 9. The latter raises the wheelset 4 to the position in which its axis 10 is on the same straight line as the axis 11 of the machine 1. Thereafter, the wheelset 4 is clamped by means of two stop centers 12 and 13.
Each stop center 12 (13) is placed in quill (14) 15 of the tailstock (16) 17, moving in the direction of the axis of rotation 11.
Machine 1 has two roller drives 18 and 19, each of which is equipped with four friction rollers 20-27.
Each friction roller 20-27 mounted on the drive shaft 28-35, which is installed in the rocker arm 36-43 on bearings 44-59.
Each rocker 36-43 can rotate relatively parallel, axis 11, of axis 60-67 of rotation. The rotation of each rocker arms 36-43 is carried out using a movement mechanism 68-75.
After the wheelset is clamped, each four friction rollers 20-23 and 24-27 of each roller drive 18 and 19 are pressed against the surfaces 76 to 77 rolling wheels 78 and 79 of the wheelset (Figs. 1 and 2). In this case, the rollers 20-27 are arranged in pairs, diametrically opposed. In addition, the friction rollers 20-27 form a symmetry with respect to the vertical plane 80 passing through the axis 11 (Fig. 2).
The machine 1 for re-profiling the profiles 81 and 82 of the brace of both wheels of the wheel pair 4 has two rotary calipers 83 and 84.
Each caliper 83 (84) is made with a longitudinal 85 (86) and transverse 87 (88) carriages.
The longitudinal carriages 85 and 86 of the supports are located on the machine bed 89 in the direction of the axis of rotation 11 of the machine with the possibility of movement.
Calipers 83 and 84 are driven by engines 90-93 (two engines for each caliper), while engines 90 and 92 provide the longitudinal and engines 91 and 93 provide transverse feed.
Both tailstocks 16 and 17 and frame 89 are a portal structure 94.
The re-profiling of both profiles 81 and 82 is performed simultaneously by turning tools 95-98,

repositioned on transverse carriages 87 and 88, in the vertical plane 80, passing through the axis 11 of the rotation.
The brake discs 99 and 100 of wheel set 4 use special tools (not shown) to process the wallpaper.
The rotational movement of the four rollers 20-23 and 24-27, pressed against the surfaces 76 and 77 of rolling, is provided by gear motors 101 and 102.
Each gear motor 101 and 102 leads through junction boxes 103 and 104 simultaneously to four drive shafts 28-31 and 32-35.
Each junction box 103 and 104 includes four dual-speed transmissions 105-112. Each twin-belt drive 105-112 is connected to one of the drive shafts 28-35.
After the wheelset has been machined, the swivel calipers 83 and 84 are retracted to their original position, the friction rollers 20-27 are retracted outside, and the treated wheel pair 113 is released, lowered onto the guides 7 and 8 of the lifting device 9 and rolled onto the sliding guides 114 and 115 (fig.Z).
Guides 5-8 and 114, 115 are equipped with running grooves 116-121.
Machine 1 can also be used to machine a pair of wheels 122 with a very small diameter rolling circle. i

1. A lathe for machining brake disks of a wheel set removed from a rail vehicle containing two axial centers installed on a bed, two tailstocks, a wheel pair lifting and lowering device and at least one rotary support with a turning tool, as well as driving friction rollers installed with the possibility of rotation and pairwise interaction with a wheel pair, which is different in that, in order to expand technological capabilities by reprofiling the profile of the tire in one pass d of the tool, the machine is equipped to interact with the rolling surfaces
wheels of a pair of wheels with four friction rollers with drive shafts and rocker arms; the friction rollers are diametrically opposed to pairs and each of them can be rotated about an axis parallel to the axis of the back heads of the machine, and each drive shaft is installed to rotate kinematically connected with a transport mechanism inserted into the machine mounted on the frame.
